Never EVER buy any of this rubbish.

Weight loss shakes, aids, tables, supplements, ready meals, energy bars and all the other rubbish in this aisle is just full of chemicals and sweeteners and none of it works.

Restriction leads to thinking about food ALL The time, leads to bingeing, leads to feeling guilty, leads to comfort eating, leads to feeling unhappy.

We’ve all been though it a million times. Me included.

The ONLY solution to sustainable weight loss is to exercise at least 3 times a week every week and eat A LOT of good wholesome food, and I mean mountainous portions!
